Since opening in 1996, the Centre has played an important role in the growth of Cairns and Tropical North Queensland, welcoming visitors from around the world and creating opportunities that have delivered lasting benefits to our region.
What makes Cairns Convention Centre truly special is more than our award-winning facilities or spectacular location. It is the warm, genuine hospitality of our team and our unique setting between the Great Barrier Reef and the Wet Tropics Rainforest.
