Bid Support That Opens Doors

The updated Business Event Cairns & Great Barrier Reef Bid Support Program now offers financial assistance of up to $50,000 per event, with eligibility extended to year-round bookings, including peak season. This opens the door for more conferences, incentives, and corporate gatherings to take advantage of Cairns’ unique appeal without compromising on budget. For organisers, this means more flexibility and greater ROI.

Support is also available for site inspections, giving planners the opportunity to experience the Centre’s award-winning tropical design, modern facilities and versatile spaces in person. It’s a chance to walk through the Centre, meet our passionate and experienced team, and visualise your event in a setting that is truly extraordinary. Both bid and site inspection support are offered through a qualification process to ensure each opportunity aligns with regional objectives and program guidelines.

Proven Success with Global Brands

The Centre has already proven its capacity to host high-impact events. The upcoming Amway Korea incentive, welcoming 2,700 delegates across six waves, reflects the region’s growing reputation. Most recently, Cairns Crocodiles and Body Fit Training successfully held their conferences at the Centre and have confirmed their return in 2026. This continued vote of confidence highlights the Centre’s ability to deliver exceptional experiences that keep leading brands coming back. Read more about why Cairns captivates global brands.

A Destination That Elevates Delegate Experience

Beyond the numbers, Cairns offers something intangible yet invaluable: a sense of place. Delegates can snorkel the reef in the morning, network over cocktails at sunset, and explore ancient rainforest trails. These experiences enrich the event program and contribute to delegate wellbeing, creating a more energised and connected conference environment. Discover why delegate wellbeing is Cairns natural advantage.
