Aged & Community Services 2017 National Summit
Aged & Community Services Australia (ACSA) hosted their National Summit at the Cairns Convention Centre this week. It is the peak body supporting over 700 church, charitable and community-based not-for-profit organisations that provide accommodation and care services to more than 450,000 older Australians.
The conference program was designed to redefine the experience of ageing in our communities and question everything about delivery of services, community integration and what else is possible. It also included pre-summit site visits and workshops, breakfast sessions, keynote and plenary sessions, interactive exhibition display and social functions at various locations throughout the city.
