The Cairns Convention Centre is committed to maintaining and pursuing the highest possible quality standards programme.
The Centre is ISO 9001 Accredited via Lloyds of London as well as being awarded the International Association of Congress Centre's (AIPC) Gold level Certification.
Gold Certification is the highest possible achievement in AIPC's Quality Standards Programme that rigorously assesses ten key areas including customer service, quality of facilities and operations, employee relations, health, safety, security and emergency response, financial integrity, community relations, environmental responsibility, industry relations and supplier relations.
